We are looking for a self-motivated individual who values safety and collaboration as top priorities to serve as a member of The Pavement Project family! The Sealcoating crew is an essential component of The Pavement Project, ensuring the longevity and quality of various pavement projects by applying protective coatings which seal current asphalt from harmful elements. This position will operate alongside numerous crew members and under the direct daily supervision of a Foreman who provides guidance and feedback for all seal coating projects.
